Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, -SEM, social media, email, display, and content marketing).
-Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
-Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
-Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion optimization strategies.
-Analyze campaign performance data and prepare actionable insights for continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer engagement.
-Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
-5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
-Experience in marketing or advertising agencies is a highly preferred
-Proven expertise in digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, analytics platforms).
-Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies (preferred).
-Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
-Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
