  • Brand Visual Identity: Develop, implement, and rigorously guard the visual identity for the brand, ensuring a consistent and elevated aesthetic across every single touchpoint—from a social media post to a flagship showroom experience.
  • Art Direction & Content Creation:Lead the art direction and execution of all creative content. This includes planning and overseeing high-end photoshoots, video productions, digital assets for web and social media, and printed collateral like lookbooks and catalogues.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Brand Manager and marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative concepts for the launch, seasonal campaigns, and special projects.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Manage and mentor junior creative staff, and lead relationships with external creative partners, including photographers, stylists, videographers, and production agencies, to ensure flawless execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Manager, digital marketing teams, and product designers to ensure creative strategy is perfectly aligned with brand positioning, marketing objectives, and product narratives.
  • Creative Innovation: Act as the team's authority on trends in luxury design, art, photography, and digital media, constantly pushing the brand’s creative to be fresh, innovative, and best-in-class.
