Creative Marketing & Branding for Luxury Healthcare

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Creative Director to lead the marketing, branding, and public presence of our fast-growing concierge home health and wellness agency.

This leadership role combines brand strategy, digital marketing, SEO, PR, and communications, ensuring our mission of delivering exceptional, personalized home care resonates across all platforms. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute campaigns that strengthen our reputation, attract top talent, and build client trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and refine the agency’s brand identity in the luxury home health and wellness market.
• Content & Marketing Campaigns: Lead SEO-driven content strategy across social media, email, web, and print to elevate brand visibility.
• Public Relations: Manage media outreach, press opportunities, and partnerships with healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle outlets.
• Influencer & Community Engagement: Build relationships with industry leaders, influencers, and community organizations to expand reach.
• Creative Oversight: Supervise design, storytelling, and messaging across all platforms.
• Leadership: Guide a small creative/marketing support team and collaborate cross-functionally with operations and care staff.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance of campaigns and adjust strategy for growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in marketing, branding, or communications, ideally in healthcare, home health, or luxury services.
• Strong expertise in SEO, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led, mission-driven environment.
• Passion for elevating patient-centered care through storytelling and branding.

Bonus Skills

• Prior work in concierge services, luxury healthcare, or wellness industries.
• Design or creative direction experience (Canva, Adobe, video editing).
• Familiarity with recruiting marketing (attracting top caregiving and clinical talent).
