Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding

· Design print and digital assets including brochures, posters, one-pagers, social media graphics, training materials, and presentations.

· Maintain and evolve Union EAP’s visual identity and brand consistency across all platforms.

· Manage and update the company website with fresh, engaging content.

Marketing & Communications

· Plan, execute, and track strategic marketing campaigns (email, social media, print, and events).

· Create video-based training and promotional content to support outreach and education.

· Craft compelling messaging and visuals that connect with blue-collar audiences and industry stakeholders.

Sales & Client Development

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including outreach to unions, companies, and organizations.

· Take initiative to source, pitch, and follow up with potential clients—your goal is to help us grow and land large, strategic contracts.

· Travel occasionally to present our services to potential clients and partners.

· Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients, serving as a key point of contact and brand ambassador.

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design across print and digital platforms.

· Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and stay focused on achieving big-picture business development goals

· Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish.

· Sales experience, including client outreach, presentations, and relationship management.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva.

· Working knowledge of website platforms (WordPress or similar) and SEO principles.

· Basic video production and editing skills (e.g., for short training or promo videos).

· Experience with social media marketing, content scheduling, and email marketing tools.

· Exceptional communication skills—written, visual, and interpersonal.

· Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

· Experience in mental health, EAP, or human services.

· Background in blue-collar industries or union environments.

· HubSpot or CRM experience.

· Bilingual in English/Spanish (or other languages relevant to Arizona’s working population).

Role Details

· Hours: Fulltime

· Schedule: Flexible to meet all of the requirements of the position.

· Compensation: This position could have salary plus incentives. All depending on the experience and potential of this unique position $65,000 to $150,000.
