Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Marketing & Content Specialist to elevate our brand presence through compelling content and strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will harness your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, graphic design and multichannel campaigns to engage target audiences, drive brand awareness, lead our storytelling and support sales growth. Your creative vision combined with analytical insights will help shape our marketing strategies across various platforms, ensuring impactful messaging that resonates and converts. This role combines social media management, graphic design, website upkeep, and content creation to showcase our craft beer, events, and brand culture. The ideal candidate is passionate about craft beer, community engagement, and creating content that connects people to our brand both online and in the taproom.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging content across multiple channels including social media, email campaigns, websites, and print advertising to highlight new beer releases, events, brewery news, boosting brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Implement SEO strategies to optimize website content for search engines, increasing organic traffic and improving search rankings.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. to grow followers and foster community interaction.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer journeys.
  • Create compelling copy for advertisements, product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Design promotional materials for events, beer labels, beer releases, merchandise, and digital campaigns while maintaining consistent brand identity.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords to measure success and inform future strategies.
  • Update website content regularly, including beer lists, event calendars, menus, and online store items.
  • Design visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for digital ads, social media posts, and print materials.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform content creation and campaign planning.
  • Capture and edit videos showcasing brewing processes, events, staff, and community involvement.
  • Update website content regularly, including beer lists, event calendars, menus, and online store items.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, and familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices, social media marketing strategies, and multichannel campaign management.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite tools for designing engaging visual content.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising Manager, and other analytics tools to track performance metrics.
  • Experience with WordPress website management and basic HTML coding is desirable.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

  • This is a hands-on, creative position that works closely with brewery leadership, taproom staff, and event coordinators. Some evening and weekend work may be required for on-site event coverage or content creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
