Creative Marketing Coordinator

About the Role
Pivot Door Company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to bring focus and polish to our creative output. You won’t be asked to reinvent the brand - your job is to take strong creative work that’s already in motion and make it better. With a sharp eye for detail and a feel for brand consistency, you’ll be the final check before content goes live, ensuring everything reflects our standards and leadership’s vision.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and refine marketing materials — ads, social posts, brochures, print collateral — to make sure they’re polished, consistent, and on-brand.
  • Approve creative before it’s released, ensuring alignment with management’s direction.
  • Coordinate between our Marketing team to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards across channels and campaigns.
  • Help schedule, organize, and launch marketing initiatives (social posts, print runs, email blasts, etc.).
  • Track project progress and provide updates to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or creative project coordination.
  • Strong eye for detail and design — able to spot when something feels “off” and guide it back on brand.
  • Confident editor of both visuals and copy (you won’t be writing from scratch, but you’ll catch mistakes and inconsistencies).
  • Excellent organizational skills — able to keep multiple projects moving at once.
  • Collaborative, clear communicator who can balance creative feedback with deadlines.

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
