Description:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented CMC with a well-rounded portfolio in graphic design and a passion for digital marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of creative design, digital marketing, and brand strategy. As a CMC, you’ll have hands-on ownership of projects that directly shape how our brand is seen, understood, and experienced.
Focused responsibilities include producing digital assets for omnichannel applications, facilitating digital content strategies, boosting engagement, and building a positive brand image through effective design and communication. The CMC is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager and the organization at large in developing its brand image, GTM strategies, and communication efforts. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines with autonomy to bring ideas to life—from concept to execution. Your work will support product launches, storytelling initiatives, and ongoing digital engagement. Occasional travel may be required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality, on-brand brochures, sales sheets, long-form reports, and advertisements.

Generate workable templates for packaging and make revisions based on feedback received.

Organize and manage creative files for efficient collaboration and reuse.

Contribute visual assets to product launches and go-to-market initiatives.

Create and organize content for video, print, and digital applications.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for ongoing social and blog posts.

Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to marketing campaign direction.

Analyze performance metrics and assist with reporting on campaign and content success.

Assist with reports, presentations, data entry, and administrative marketing tasks as needed.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams while managing individual projects independently
Requirements:
Experience, Education, and Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.

1-2 years of related experience, with a portfolio of relevant previous projects, preferred.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Experience creating content for digital platforms and social media.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to balance creative execution with organization and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience demonstrating skills
