Creative Marketing Coordinator ($40K–$55K) – Clients, Design & Video

Job Description:

Indak Media is hiring a full-time Creative Marketing Coordinator to help manage client projects, coordinate marketing campaigns, assist with video production, and create marketing materials as needed.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with clients, staying organized, and being involved in a variety of creative projects, including social media, graphic design, video shoots, websites, and campaign management.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients on project needs, updates, and campaign goals
• Coordinate marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Help keep projects, timelines, and deliverables organized
• Assist on film and photo shoots as needed
• Create social media graphics, custom designs, and basic marketing materials
• Support website, content, and digital marketing projects
• Communicate with internal team members to keep work moving forward
• Review creative work and help ensure client expectations are met

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, design, media, account management, or client service preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• Basic graphic design experience preferred
• Interest in video production, websites, social media, and creative marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Willingness to learn and help in different areas

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
