Creative Marketing Executive

A Creative Marketing Specialist is a hybrid role that combines creative thinking, content

strategy, and marketing execution. This role goes beyond design — it focuses on translating

business goals into impactful creative ideas, campaigns, and experiences that drive engagement,

brand growth, and customer conversion.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of ideating, creating, and

optimizing content across multiple platforms while maintaining a strong, consistent brand

identity.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Campaign Development

 Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with marketing objectives and

brand positioning

 Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual and content directions

 Contribute to seasonal campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives

Content Ideation & Storytelling

 Lead ideation for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling

 Create engaging content concepts that resonate with target audiences

 Ensure content reflects brand tone, values, and positioning (premium, trustworthy, etc.)

Creative Execution

 Produce the creation of visual content (graphics, videos, reels, campaigns)

 Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators

 Analyze content and campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions)

 Optimize creatives based on insights, trends, and A/B testing

 Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints (social media, website, app, in-Klinik

visuals and offline marketing messages and Branding)

 Manage multiple campaigns and content calendars simultaneously

 Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and industry insights

 Bring fresh, innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and competitive
