Sunberry Group is a growing UAE-based company operating across fresh produce, food processing, and related business sectors. We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing & Creative Executive to strengthen our brand presence and support our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Marketing

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Monitor social media performance and audience engagement
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and special campaigns
• Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand partners
• Identify suitable influencer collaborations and manage campaign execution
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements

Photography & Content Creation

• Plan and organize monthly content and photography shoots
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for products, events, and marketing campaigns
• Edit photos and short-form videos for social media and digital marketing
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams on new product launches and promotional activities

Graphic Design & Branding

• Design social media posts, flyers, brochures, menus, banners, packaging, and other marketing materials
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions
• Support brand growth through innovative marketing and design ideas

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, graphic design, or content creation
• Strong photography and content creation skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
• Basic video editing skills
• Understanding of branding, visual identity, and digital marketing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form video content
• Knowledge of paid advertising and campaign management
• Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
