Role Overview
The Creative Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading the marketing department, overseeing creative direction, managing designers and content teams, and handling client communication and campaign execution.
This role requires a balance of creative vision, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage the marketing team including designers, content creators, and social media executives
- Conduct creative brainstorming sessions and campaign planning meetings
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project delivery
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance creativity and productivity
Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for US-based clients
- Lead brand positioning, content strategy, and visual identity development
- Plan and implement local store marketing campaigns (seasonal promotions, targeted campaigns, community engagement)
- Oversee social media growth strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Client Management
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned clients
- Conduct client meetings and present marketing strategies, reports, and campaign ideas
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing plans
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship building
Creative Direction
- Oversee all visual and content outputs across digital and print platforms
- Ensure brand consistency and quality control across campaigns
- Stay updated with global marketing trends and introduce innovative ideas regularly
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs and campaign performance metrics
- Analyze data and optimize campaigns for improved ROI
- Prepare detailed performance reports for management and clients
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or creative strategy
- Prior experience in team leadership or managerial role preferred
- Strong understanding of US market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Proficiency in marketing and design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid campaigns, content strategy, and brand development
- Ability to work in night shift (7 PM – 3 AM)
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
