stories. ● Edit and Produce: Masterfully edit footage and images using industry-standard
software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and similar
tools to create polished, dynamic marketing assets.
● Deploy and Optimize: Manage the distribution of content across digital platforms,
ensuring it engages our audience of farmers, agribusiness professionals, and partners
while tracking performance for continuous improvement.
● Lead and Supervise: Oversee a small media team, providing guidance, mentorship,
and direction on projects; foster a collaborative environment that aligns with Hylio's
innovative culture.
● Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with sales, product, and executive teams
to align content with business goals; excel in clear, organized communication to keep
projects on track and stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
● Experience: 3-5+ years in a directly related field, such as marketing content production,
digital media, or visual storytelling in tech/agriculture sectors. Previous management or
supervisory experience leading a media or creative team is required.
● Technical Skills: Proven expertise in professional photography and videography using
DSLRs and similar equipment; strong proficiency in editing software including Adobe
Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and equivalents. A portfolio link
showcasing your work (e.g., samples of marketing videos, photo campaigns, or edited
content) must be provided with your application.
● Leadership Qualities: Self-starting, highly organized, and an excellent communicator
with the ability to inspire and manage a team. You're not just a creator—you're a
visionary leader who can balance hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
● Other: Comfortable with moderate travel for shoots (e.g., to farms, events, or client
sites). Passion for agriculture, technology, or sustainability is a plus. Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field preferred.
