Position Overview

Tech Stop is seeking a Marketing Specialist with experience in direct mail, email marketing, and digital advertising to support multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute direct mail campaigns, including layout design and production coordination
  • Design and optimize email campaigns, including testing and performance tracking
  • Create digital ad creatives for platforms such as Meta and Google Display
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of marketing or creative experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating direct mail, email, and digital ad work
  • Proficiency in Canva and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar)
  • Understanding of digital ad best practices and performance analysis
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
