About the Role

We’re hiring a Creative Marketing Specialist who can produce high-quality graphic design work and manage projects from concept through execution.

This role is for someone who is both creative and highly organized—someone who can own timelines, maintain consistency across channels, and execute at a high level without constant direction.

If you’re used to fast-paced environments, can manage multiple deadlines, and care deeply about the details, this will be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design polished, on-brand creative for email, web, social, and digital ads
  • Own marketing projects end-to-end, from concept through final delivery
  • Build and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
  • Maintain visual consistency across all marketing and sales channels
  • Develop campaign themes and visual direction aligned with brand goals
  • Create layouts for print materials (catalogs, packaging, inserts)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Apply AI tools and prompting to improve speed and creative output
  • Contribute to light copywriting when needed

Requirements (Read Carefully)

  • Portfolio required (applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clean, modern, brand-consistent graphic design
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and follow through without close supervision
  • High attention to detail (spacing, alignment, consistency all matter here)
  • Comfortable working on-site in Reno, NV

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere or video editing
  • Background in marketing, ecommerce, or product-based brands
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Strong copywriting skills
