Creative Marketing Specialist, AI-Enabled

Overview

The Creative Marketing Specialist, AI-Enabled supports day-to-day marketing execution across content, digital channels, campaigns, events, and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative marketer who can turn ideas into polished content and visual assets, while using AI-enabled tools to work faster, generate stronger concepts, and improve execution.

This person will collaborate with marketing leadership, sales, product teams, and external partners to create compelling content, support campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and help bring Safeguard’s messaging to life across channels. The ideal candidate is a strong creative thinker and doer, someone who enjoys writing, designing, building content, and using modern tools to elevate their work.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Messaging

  • Draft, edit, and publish content across formats including blogs, product pages, email copy, case studies, social posts, and sales collateral.
  • Translate technical information into clear, compelling, audience-appropriate messaging that supports campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling.

Creative & Visual Content

  • Create graphics, visual assets, slides, simple illustrations, infographics, and other branded materials for digital and print use.
  • Help maintain a polished, consistent visual identity across social media, campaigns, presentations, web content, and marketing collateral.

AI-Enabled Creative Execution

  • Use AI enabled tools to support brainstorming, content drafting, image ideation, creative exploration, research, and production efficiency.
  • Apply AI in practical ways that improve the speed and quality of creative work, without losing brand voice, originality, or thoughtful execution.

Digital Marketing & Web Support

  • Support website and landing page updates, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with developers or partners on more technical needs.
  • Help optimize page structure, metadata, and digital assets for SEO, usability, and brand consistency.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and others as needed.
  • Monitor engagement, brand mentions, and content performance to help inform future creative direction and channel strategy.

Campaign & Project Support

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.
  • Help manage timelines, assets, approvals, and internal coordination to keep projects moving and deliverables on brand.

Events & Trade Shows

  • Support marketing needs for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and virtual events, including promotional materials, social content, and branded assets.
  • Assist with event logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up support as needed.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track website, email, social, and campaign performance metrics and compile monthly highlights.
  • Use insights, industry trends, and competitor activity to help improve future content, creative, and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, design, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong creative instincts and hands-on experience developing content and visual assets for marketing channels.
  • Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support content creation, brainstorming, design ideation, research, and execution.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Webflow, or similar creative and web platforms.
  • Strong writing, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving B2B environment.

Preferred

  • Experience creating content for B2B, technology, industrial, field-services, or safety-related markets.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms such as GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
