POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team! This person will be responsible for creating high-quality video and photo content from concept to completion, including preproduction, filming, and post-production, for our marketing initiatives. Additionally, this position will assist the marketing team with copywriting, updates, and other marketing-related projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Work with Marketing, PM, Sales, and other departments to plan, film, and edit videos for the company’s marketing purposes.
  • Must be able to perform unique and innovative scriptwriting and planning for our video content.
  • Shoot and film videos such as product spotlights, tutorials, unboxing, trade shows, events recaps and other events.
  • Capture event photos and enhance them using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom for professional-quality results.
  • Perform post-production video editing and content adjustments from all raw footage from in-house production and other video resources.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Adobe Premiere and After Effects, for professional video editing and motion graphics creation.
  • Familiarity with using motion graphic templates from resources such as Envato.
  • Be comfortable being filmed in front of the camera and serving as the main speaker if needed.
  • Deliver projects on time and report project status; work on other departments’ requests and provide necessary follow-ups.
  • Work with in-house and outside creative editors when needed.
  • Respond to customers’ questions via email and phone calls.
  • Assist with marketing copywriting such as brainstorming for marketing campaign copy, articles, and branding.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to respond to customers in a timely and effective manner
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication in both written and verbal forms
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and working under daily time constraints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
  • Photography & videography skills, including product and event filming and editing
  • Knowledge of pre-production and post-production processes
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Energetic and positive attitude with enthusiasm to excel
  • Must be comfortable being filmed in front of the camera

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Willing and able to work additional hours when needed
  • Up to 30% of traveling may be required for seminars, events, and trade shows.
  • Bend, lift, open, and move product, filming equipment, and office items up to 30lbs, depending on need
  • Must be able to commute onsite full-time.

EDUCATION

  • 1+ Years of general filming and video editing experience. Experience with event coverage.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Filming, Graphic Design, Communication, or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
