Role – Creative / Multimedia Designer (Graphic Design)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design rough draft illustrations according to project specifications.
- Develop engaging designs and layouts for emails, web assets, printed materials, and trade shows.
- Design and produce creative assets for social media platforms, including posts, reels, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement social media best practices.
- Edit and format final illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring adherence to brand color and quality standards.
- Perform high-quality image editing and retouching in Photoshop.
- Produce and edit short-form video content for digital and social channels.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure all creative output is high-quality, visually consistent, and aligned with brand identity.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas.
- Support integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital and print channels.
- Maintain consistency with brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all deliverables.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong video editing skills, with experience creating video ads for social media.
- Experience creating social media content (posts, reels, ads) and understanding audience engagement.
- Strong layout, composition, and typography skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design and multimedia work is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong conceptual and artistic skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, or a similar role.
- Portfolio demonstrating illustration work, digital design, and/or multimedia content.
- Experience with digital drawing and illustration tools.
- Knowledge of image editing and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
