MHM Real Estate is seeking a multi-talented, energetic Creative Multimedia Specialist who can blend traditional photography and videography with cutting-edge graphic design, modern AI workflows, and social media strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Capture & Create: Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing teams to shoot high-quality property photos, cinematic walk-throughs, and engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Graphic Design & Video Editing: Edit, retouch, and color-grade visual assets with high precision. Design high-impact marketing materials, including social media grids, property brochures, flyers, and digital banners.
• AI Tool Integration: Leverage modern AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Nanobanana, CapCut, as Well as Adobe Tools) to streamline content creation, generate concepts, and enhance production speed.
• Social Media Management: Manage, schedule, and post daily content across our official social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook). Write catchy captions and track engagement trends.
• Innovation & Gear Management: Stay ahead of the curve with photography, videography, and social media trends to keep our content strategy fresh.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Fresh graduates with an exceptional portfolio and energetic personality are welcome! 1 year of professional editing and design experience is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with photography/videography equipment, the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or CapCut/Canva, and a strong familiarity with AI content tools.
• Language: Full professional fluency in English is required (written and spoken) for cross-platform content creation. Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
• Mindset: A keen eye for composition, strict attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing team.
• Logistics: Must be able to commute to or relocate to Dubai before starting work.
