Creative No-Code Developer & AI Educator (Designer First) (Remote)e

Format: Screen Recording & Scripting Only (No Face, No Voice Required)

The Mission

We are looking for a Designer-Developer to lead our educational content. You won’t just be teaching; you will be "building in public" for an internal audience.

Your role is to take cutting-edge Google AI tech and modern No-Code tools and turn them into visually stunning, "zero-to-one" building tutorials. We don't want basic prototypes; we want to teach our audience how to build beautiful, market-ready software that looks as good as it works.

Important: This is a purely visual and textual role.

• No Face: You will never appear on camera.
• No Voice: You do not need a microphone. You will record the screen and write the script; we will use AI tools to generate the voiceover.

What You Will Do

• Design, Engineer & Educate: Build impressive, high-fidelity app clones and AI tools from scratch. You are responsible for the UI/UX design and the backend logic.
• Visual Storytelling (Silent): Produce crisp, engaging, high-resolution screen recordings. You make complex workflows look seamless, organized, and aesthetically satisfying to watch.
• Note: Your desktop must be pristine, your file naming must be tidy, and your mouse movements must be smooth.
• Script the Narrative: Instead of speaking, you will write a polished, conversational script that matches your video timestamps. This text will be used to generate the AI voiceover.
• Knowledge Translation: Convert technical building processes into easy-to-digest, structured learning guides and documentation (incorporating screenshots of your beautiful UI).
• Tech & Design Exploration: Experiment with the latest Generative AI models and modern UI trends to find the most efficient ways to build software that stands out.

Your Stack & Skills

• The Designer’s Eye: You refuse to build "ugly" apps. You understand spacing, typography, hierarchy, and color theory. You are comfortable using Figma to plan your builds before you start.
• The Builder’s Mindset: You love tools like FlutterFlow, Bubble, and Firebase. You understand how to implement custom design systems within these tools.
• AI Native: You are comfortable working with LLMs (Gemini, GPT) and integrating them into real apps.
• Content Craft: You understand that a good tutorial isn’t just correct—it’s beautiful.
• Strong Writer: You can explain complex technical and design concepts in clear, natural English (essential for the AI script generation).

Pay: ₹100,600.00 - ₹200,600.00 per month
