Creative Operations & Video Assistant (Growth Role)

We are a growing UGC (User Generated Content) business. We are starting this role with a focus on Amazon Influencer video editing, but we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. As you master our style, your responsibilities and hours will expand into TikTok management, client outreach, etc.

Starting Hours: 10–15 hours per week (with a clear path to 30+ hours/full-time).

Location: Remote. Training will be in person.

What You’ll Be Doing

Phase 1: The Core (training)

• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into high-converting Amazon Influencer videos (focusing on pacing, key product features and client requirements).
• Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet platform guidelines and branding standards.
• Learn to communicate effectively with us for specific guidelines about video requirements.
• Marketplace Operations: Create and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace.

Phase 2: The Expansion (Within 30–60 Days)

• TikTok Management: Learn the style of how to edit tiktok content in the way that works for our account.

Phase 3: Posting and communication

• Upload to platforms (YouTube, Amazon and TikTok)
• Client Outreach: Professionally message brands and clients to request products for review and follow up on collaborations.
• Fill out and maintain an organized collaboration tracking sheet

Phase 4: Learn skills through Viral Vue

• We had a lot of tools available and need someone to learn and apply those tools to make workflow faster and more organized.

Who You Are:

• A Visual Storyteller: You understand how to edit a video to keep a viewer's attention. You are proficient in CapCut and TikTok.
• A Proactive Communicator: You don't wait for instructions if something is unclear—you ask questions and suggest solutions.
• High Attention to Detail: You take pride in "getting it right the first time."
• Reliable: You have a stable internet connection and can hit consistent deadlines

We need someone that will work hard, can communicate, is organized, and learns fast. We would love to offer frequent raises as your skills and our mutual trust develop!

Pay: $12.50 - $17.50 per hour
