ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a A hybrid Creative Producer (Junior - intermediate) who manages productions from concept to delivery while supporting the Director with creative development, treatments, pitch decks, and workflow. This role demands strong production capabilities, sharp creative instincts, and the ability to seamlessly balance logistics and creativity.

Production Responsibilities

• Lead and manage small shoots independently from planning to delivery.

• Be part of the production team at different capacities depending on the project for larger commercial shoots.

• Coordinate with all Heads of Department: camera, lighting, art, wardrobe, makeup, styling, 3D, and post-production.

• Manage schedules, call sheets, logistics, crew coordination, and suppliers.

• Maintain budgets, production documentation, and timelines.

• Work closely with the Director to transform ideas and synopses into developed pitch decks, treatments, and creative concepts by conducting research for references, tone, story direction, and visual inspiration.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in production or agency environments.

• Strong understanding of film language and commercial storytelling.

• Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field.

• English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus.

Technical Requirements

• Strong Keynote and PowerPoint skills.

• Adobe CC familiarity (Premiere/After Effects) is an advantage.

• Experience with Basecamp or similar project management software.

• AI creative tools experience is required.
