Creative Producer

Seeking an experienced and hands-on creative producer based in the UAE, with equal command of content and execution.The Creative Producer will oversee projects from pre-production through filming and delivery.

Responsibilities include leading pre-production planning, scheduling and logistics, coordinating crews and vendors, supervising on-set production, and reconciling budgets. The role requires close collaboration with directors, clients, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest creative standard.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience producing film, branded content, or documentary projects in the UAE

· Strong pre-production planning and budgeting skills

· Experience managing crews, permits, vendors, and location logistics· Confident on-set leadership and problem-solving ability

· Experience reconciling production budgets and financial reporting

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

· Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures and teams· Ability to balance creative sensitivity with operational discipline
