WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead end-to-end content production for product launches, growth ads, social, and ad-hoc brand initiatives.

Own video-first creative from concept through delivery, balancing speed, quality, and performance.

Shoot and direct content yourself when appropriate (product, lifestyle, UGC-style, studio).

Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and creator partners, acting as the main creative and production owner.

Translate marketing and brand goals into clear creative briefs, shot lists, and production plans.

Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and partners.

Ensure assets are delivered in the right formats for paid ads, organic social, and launch moments.

Continuously improve production workflows and help scale output efficiently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years experience in creative production, video production, or content roles.

Proven experience producing video content for launches, paid ads, and social platforms.

Hands-on experience shooting video (camera, lighting, audio).

Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or creator partners.

Strong understanding of production workflows from pre-production to post.

Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Editing experience or strong post-production direction skills.

Experience with performance creative and growth marketing.

Familiarity with UGC, creator-led content, or influencer production.

Experience with consumer hardware, gaming, or DTC brands.
