THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Performance Creative Producer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on design and creative production and the core of the job is simple: clients supply raw images and video footage, and you turn them into ads. You will design static ad creatives, edit and cut video into platform-ready formats, and build out the visual assets that our strategists need to run campaigns – simultaneously across a portfolio of D2C clients.

The work and verticals are varied, but the throughline is always the same: take what the client gives you and make something that performs.

You will not be working on a single account with a predictable weekly cadence; instead, you will be managing a dynamic mix of client work where priorities shift, asset volumes vary, and the ability to stay organized and adaptable is just as important as creative skill. This is a role where you will learn a great deal about performance marketing and paid social creative, and grow quickly if you are hungry to do so.

You will work hand-in-hand with our Strategists, who will provide briefs, performance data, and direction. Your job is to design and build quickly, cleanly, and with a sharp eye for what works on platform. If you love the craft of making things look good and perform well, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Production: The primary output of this role is designed, finished ad assets, that meet both brand and ad platform requirements. You will take raw client-supplied images and video and design and produce platform-ready ads from them.

Multi-Client Execution: Staying organized and effectively managing your own production queue across a book of clients, each with their own brand guidelines, asset libraries, and campaign objectives.

Collaboration: Strategists will brief you on thematic directions, winning hooks, and performance insights. Your role is to bring those briefs to life with strong execution.

Channel Expansion: As the agency grows its creative footprint, you will adapt assets and produce original work for additional channels including TikTok, Pinterest, and CTV/OTT.

AI Assisted Workflows : Experience and willingness to integrate AI tools into your production workflow where they accelerate quality output.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience producing creative assets on Meta and Google
  • Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, CapCut, etc.)
  • Experience with image design (Adobe, Canva Pro, etc.)
  • Experience managing creative production timelines across multiple clients
  • Understanding of paid social media performance metrics
  • Experience with multi-platform ad creative messaging and branding is preferred
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation preferred
  • Experience with AI creative tools and creative analytic platforms are a bonus

A genuine curiosity about performance marketing and a willingness to learn from data are just as valuable as a polished resume. Strong organizational habits and clear communication matter more here than years of experience. In a multi-client agency environment, the ability to manage your own workload, flag blockers early, and deliver consistently is what will separate great producers from good ones.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
