Creative Production Coordinator

Job Description

Frank Darling is a female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings feel exciting, personal, and refreshingly human. Our modern, sustainability-minded designs have been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and more.

We're looking for a Creative Production Coordinator to join our marketing team at an exciting moment of growth. This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of creative execution and operational excellence — supporting the day-to-day output of a marketing team that moves fast and holds itself to a high creative standard. From retouching product imagery and building social assets to managing stone inventory and coordinating jewelry orders, you'll be the connective tissue that keeps our creative engine running smoothly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Retouch and edit product and campaign imagery to a publish-ready standard across ecommerce, social, and digital marketing channels

  • Support the creation and production of social media assets

  • Develop and maintain a library of brand icons and graphic elements for use across social, the website, and marketing materials

  • Assist the graphic designer in producing on-brand visual content and collateral across channels

  • Manage stone inventory, including tracking and logging in coordination with relevant teams

  • Support the jewelry ordering process for photoshoots, maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth coordination between creative and operational stakeholders

  • Maintain organised asset libraries and filing systems so the wider team can access and deploy creative efficiently

  • Collaborate closely with the photography, social, and graphic design leads to support shoots, content planning, and campaign execution

  • Contribute to the templatization of recurring content formats to improve team efficiency without compromising creative quality

  • Stay attuned to social media trends, platform updates, and visual culture to help keep Frank Darling's content feeling current and considered

  • Provide general marketing support across the team as needed — whether that's pulling together assets, or rolling up your sleeves on whatever the moment calls for

Requirements and Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a creative, production, or marketing operations role — ideally within a DTC, luxury, fashion, or fine jewelry context

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Figma essential; Illustrator a strong plus) and familiarity with design tools such as Canva

  • A portfolio demonstrating retouching and compositing work, social content design, and iconography or graphic elements

  • Strong organizational skills and a natural inclination toward systems, processes, and keeping things running smoothly

  • An eye for detail and a genuine sensitivity to brand aesthetics — you know when something is off and you know how to fix it

  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Experience with inventory management or operational admin in a creative or retail setting is a plus

  • A team-first attitude — you're as happy supporting a shoot as you are building a spreadsheet

Job Details:

  • Full-time on-site role located in New York City

  • Sits within the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing

  • Salary: $50-70K

Benefits:

  • Equity Compensation. Every Frank Darling team member receives a stock option package to share in the company's upside.

  • Insurance. Medical and dental insurance kicks in on the first day of your first full month!

  • 401k. Optional 401k program.

  • Paid Time Off. Flexible, unlimited paid time off policy enables motivated, goal-oriented team members to recharge

  • Disability and Life Insurance.

  • Pre-Tax Commuter Benefits.

  • Employee Discounts. A generous discount program for you, your friends, and your family to make it easy to wear and gift Frank Darling.
