Creative Production Intern

Position Impact

Support the department by working closely with various team members to complete projects and daily tasks. Understand the internal processes and provide feedback on areas of improvement.

Responsibilities

Fulfill tasks assigned by department leads
Assist with graphic design and digital asset creation to support eCommerce product listings and brand initiatives
Edit photographs including masking images, color correction and assist with organization of the photo gallery
Assist the design, eCommerce and Sales teams with image requests and various design requests.
Attend marketing meetings with team members
Assist marketing in creating sales presentation materials
Perform research on departmental projects
Research competitive products and come up with recommendations for content improvement
Provide ideas to grow and improve the business

NOTE: This is not a remote position, must work onsite at our corporate office in Green Bay, WI.

Qualifications

Final year student or recent graduate in program of study
- Marketing, Graphic Design, Content related programs

Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented, efficient, and organized
Proficient in MS Office suite
Ability to work on-site from 10-40 hours per week

AI knowledge and experience in design use preferred

Understanding of typography and layout
Graphic design experience preferred
Illustration and web design experience a plus

ADA requirements

Frequently required to sit; talk or hear and use of hands to handle or touch objects or controls

Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
