About Us

We are looking for a creative professional who can produce illustrations, edit short videos, and help visually explain complex processes. This role combines multimedia production with administrative coordination, helping our team communicate complex ideas through clear visuals while keeping daily office operations running smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across creative projects, video production, and business operations in a collaborative environment. This role spends approximately 60–70% of time on creative production and 30–40% on administrative coordination.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in graphic design, multimedia, marketing, or creative production
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Must have experience with video editing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Very strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work independently, as needed
  • Experience with Canva and MailChimp preferred, but not required
  • Computer skills and ability to learn new software, as needed
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish), a plus
  • Must be able to commute to our Orlando office and multiple project jobsites within the Central Florida area
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Creative Project Responsibilities

  • Capture job progress photos and videos, partner interviews and other footage for marketing purposes
  • Assemble raw footage into final marketing packages, including testimonials, project videos, etc.
  • Create original illustrations and visual graphics to help explain technical concepts to customers. This visual content will be used in presentations, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
  • Edit and refine visual content based on feedback from CEO and sales and marketing team.
  • Organize and maintain a library of visual assets, illustrations, and video files for future use.
  • Support event preparation, coordination and day-of execution, including Lunch & Learn classes, sponsorship events, office celebrations and more
  • Participate in marketing & sales brainstorms
  • Support development of other marketing materials such as explainer videos, business proposals, brochures, and more, as applicable
  • Other duties as assigned

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to, help screening and routing phone calls, managing calendars, processing invoices, managing office supplies, and ensuring timely, and effective communications
  • Assist in managing and updating CRM database
  • Help coordinate calls and video meetings with external organizations and other team members
  • Help organize company events
  • Support permit applications and scheduling inspections with local municipalities
  • Help maintain business licenses and certification renewals, including continuing education courses
  • Interface directly with senior executives, their support teams, and external organizations
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $48,000 - $60,000 based on experience
  • Medical and dental insurance available after 60 days of employment
