Creative Project Manager

We’re looking for a Creative Director who blends design mastery, consumer psychology, and AI innovation to lead our creative engine — managing designers, training them on AI tools, and delivering massive, high-quality creative output across all platforms.

The Role

As Creative Director, you’ll:

• Lead development of brand identities, logos, guidelines, and color systems.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of designers, including hiring, training, and accountability.
• Train designers on AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to speed up workflows.
• Oversee creation of brand decks and investor portfolios, complete with mockups, videos, and social content.
• Work closely with the Media Buyer to produce ad creatives that convert.
• Partner with the Brand Manager to align creative with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and growth goals.
• Direct Graphic Designers to create high-quality marketplace listings (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop) — ensuring images, videos, and A+ content meet platform standards and drive sales.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Psychology (strongly preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity design and creative direction.
• Proven experience designing for marketplace listings (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok).
• Deep knowledge of color psychology, typography, branding, and consumer behavior.
• Expertise in AI creative tools (images & video).
• Leadership experience in managing and training creative teams.
• Young, adaptable, high-energy mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
