Creative Sales Associate

We’re looking for a creative, high-energy individual to manage our floor and lead our interactive Hat Bar. You’ll help customers find their perfect fit from our curated collection. For those interested in personalizing their hat, you’ll guide them through the custom design process—From choosing bands to adding custom branding, you are the artist behind the experience. We are looking for someone who thrives on social interaction and loves the "theatre" of a custom build. Whether you’re a local artist looking for a creative side gig or a retail pro with a flair for design, we want to hear from you.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Creative & Hands-On: Experience in art or design. Tattoo artists and visual creators are highly encouraged to apply!
• Sales-Driven: You love engaging with customers and know how to close a sale.
• Western Savvy: Bonus points if you have experience shaping brims or knowledge of cowboy hat styles.
• Flexible: Must be available for evenings and some Saturdays.
• 10-25 hrs a/week
• Skills in Point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
