Creative Sales & Design Representative

WHO WE ARE

Vinyl Fire is a print production shop in Hayden, Idaho. We make stickers, decals, apparel graphics, and custom branded merchandise for companies across the country — brands in outdoor, motorsports, agriculture, lifestyle, and beyond. Our work shows up on trucks, gear, storefronts, and products people are actually proud of.

THIS ISN'T A TYPICAL SALES JOB

You won't be reading from a script or working through someone else's call list. You'll be identifying businesses you're genuinely excited about, creating mockups and sample designs using their branding, and reaching out to show them what we can do.

You'll also work with our existing customers — getting to know their businesses, coming up with fresh ideas for them, and helping them see possibilities they haven't thought of yet. It's creative work with a sales edge, in an environment where good ideas are always welcome.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build relationships with existing customers and proactively bring them new ideas

- Create mockups and design concepts for prospective and current customers using their existing branding

- Assist walk-in customers with design needs and order details

- Work alongside our production team to understand what we make and how we make it

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- A genuine creative eye — you know what looks good and what doesn't

- Basic to intermediate Adobe Illustrator skills — vector design experience is a real advantage

- Comfort working in a Mac/Apple environment — we run the full Adobe suite on Mac

- Self-starter energy — you bring ideas to the table without being told to

- Good written and verbal communication — you'll be representing our brand with customers old and new
