Creative Senior Design Architect

The Senior Design Architect leads the creative process through concept design, ensures design quality, and oversees the work of junior architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead conceptual and schematic design development.
• Oversee design proposals, drawings, and presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level architects.
• Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and clients.
• Present and defend design ideas to stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and technical standards.
• Contribute to design competitions and high-level creative proposals.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for assigned projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of architectural design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership and conceptual innovation.

• Advanced proficiency in design and visualization software.
• Excellent design judgment and creative problem-solving abilities.
