The Creative Services Director is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of all creative marketing strategies that align with our organization’s brand identity and business goals. Works closely with multiple internal departments, serving as the innovative leader, ensuring that all visual and messaging content meets the needs of our internal clients while maintaining consistency across various platforms. The director leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering impactful digital, print, and multimedia assets that enhance the organization’s brand presence and customer engagement.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in creative services or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design.
Job Duties

Creative Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Corporate Communications, Product Development, etc.) to understand their needs and develop cohesive creative strategies that support organizational goals.

Brand Management: Ensure consistency and integrity across all creative assets, including internal and external communications, presentations, digital content, and marketing campaigns.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and project managers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

Client Collaboration: Liaison between internal clients and the creative team, interpreting client needs into creative briefs and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, from conceptualization to final production, ensuring alignment with deadlines, budgets, and strategic objectives.

Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative solutions that enhance the company’s creative output. Encourage forward-thinking design concepts that position the brand as a leader in its space.

Vendor Management: Work with external vendors, including freelancers, agencies, and production partners, to deliver projects that meet quality standards and budget constraints.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
