We are looking for a creative intern or recent graduate to help redesign and improve the layout, organization, and functionality of our print and shipping store.
This is a hands-on role focused on interior organization, workflow improvement, DIY solutions, and creative problem-solving.
Our workspace has grown quickly and currently includes printing equipment, packing supplies, shipping materials, production tables, and storage areas that need a more organized and efficient system. We are looking for someone who enjoys turning chaotic spaces into functional, visually clean, and efficient environments.
What You’ll Work On
- Reorganizing the back workspace and production areas
- Creating cost-effective storage and layout solutions
- Improving wall usage and vertical storage
- Designing more efficient packing and workflow stations
- Helping improve customer-facing areas of the store
- Researching affordable fixtures, shelving, and organization ideas
- Assisting with hands-on DIY improvement projects
- Finding ways to make the space more functional, organized, and visually appealing

- Excited about improving real spaces with realistic budgets
Bonus Skills (not required):
- Interior design background
- Retail merchandising experience
- Basic construction or DIY skills
- SketchUp, Canva, Pinterest mood boards, or space planning tools
- Experience with organization systems or workspace optimization

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
