Creative Specialist

Job Summary

Artmood is seeking a multi-talented and highly creative Creative Specialist who can lead and execute content creation from concept to final production. This role combines content design, production coordination, videography, and art direction for photography. The ideal candidate is hands-on, visually strong, organized, and capable of managing the full creative process while maintaining Artmood’s artistic identity and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the full creative process from concept development to final production, including designing engaging digital and print content, developing creative concepts and mood boards, planning and coordinating projects, managing timelines and on-site production activities, collaborating with models, stylists, vendors, and external partners, producing and editing high-quality video content, operating camera and lighting equipment, directing photoshoots, defining visual mood and composition, and ensuring all final outputs align with Artmood’s artistic vision, brand identity, and quality standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in a creative role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design, video, and art direction work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Leadership and on-set direction skills.
