Creative Specialist
to help us shape our brand voice across digital platforms and beyond.
Role Overview
As our
Creative Specialist
, you’ll be the creative engine behind our brand identity, storytelling, and content creation. You’ll work closely with the marketing and brand teams to produce impactful, on-trend, and authentic content that connects with our target audiences. This is a highly creative and strategic role that combines content production, branding, and marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative marketing strategies aligned with Barg & ROH’s brand identity and business objectives.

Create engaging and original content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), from concept to execution.

Film, edit, and produce short-form content using phone and lightweight equipment – with a focus on organic and authentic storytelling.

Support campaign ideation, from product launches to seasonal activations, ensuring consistent brand narrative.

Collaborate with the team to design visuals, graphics, and brand assets that reflect our identity and values.

Monitor trends in social media, food & wellness culture, and adapt content strategies to maximize engagement.

Ensure all creative outputs maintain consistency with brand guidelines (tone, style, visual identity).
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related field (preferred).

2–4 years of experience in creative marketing, content creation, or brand communications.

Strong portfolio showcasing video, design, and campaign work.

Skilled in short-form content production (shooting, editing, storytelling).

Solid understanding of branding fundamentals and digital marketing strategies.

Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.

Strong grasp of social media platforms, analytics, and content trends.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
