Creative Strategist

Klar is a nootropics-first energy and hydration brand built for people who care about focus, wellness, and doing better work without the crash. We’re a small, fast-moving team with strong retail momentum and growing demand across digital and in-person channels.


We’re looking for someone to step into a strategy-forward, growth-oriented role that sits at the intersection of brand, sales, and go-to-market execution. This is not a traditional “social media manager” role. It’s designed for someone who wants to be close to how a consumer brand actually scales—how demand is created, how retail and partnerships are supported, and how creative translates into real business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with the founder and team, contribute to growth and sales strategy, and help execute Klar’s presence across digital, retail, and real-world moments.

the role

You’ll help shape and execute Klar’s brand and growth strategy , with a strong focus on how creative, community, and content support sales, retail expansion, and partnerships.

Content creation is part of the role—but it serves a larger purpose: driving awareness, supporting retail moments, strengthening relationships, and building long-term brand momentum.

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles / Orange County, with in-person collaboration, events, and some travel built in.

what you’ll do
  • Work closely with the founder on brand, growth, and go-to-market strategy
  • Support sales and retail efforts by understanding how brand presence, content, and community drive demand
  • Help plan and execute initiatives tied to retail launches, buyer moments, events, promotions, and partnerships
  • Act as a connective layer between creative execution and business objectives
  • Manage Klar’s social presence as part of a broader growth strategy, not in isolation
  • Create, shoot, and edit short-form content that supports campaigns, retail moments, and brand storytelling
  • Be on the ground at Klar events, pop-ups, retail activations, and community moments across LA, OC, and beyond
  • Help build and engage Klar’s community through conversations, DMs, events, and creator relationships
  • Support outreach efforts by understanding how Klar shows up to buyers, partners, and collaborators
  • Contribute to paid media thinking by helping test, iterate, and refine creative based on performance
  • Track performance, share insights, and help refine strategy based on what’s actually driving growth

a note from the founder

I started Klar out of a real need. I wanted clean energy that actually worked with my brain, not against it. After years in creative, marketing, and wellness spaces, Klar became a way to build something tangible and useful.

We’re still early, but we’re past the idea stage. Klar is on shelves, in people’s routines, and growing quickly. This next chapter is about building with intention—connecting brand, sales, and community in a way that compounds over time.

This role is for someone who wants to be close to the work and the decisions, and who’s excited to learn what it actually takes to build a consumer brand from the ground up.
