Creative Strategist & Content Lead

We’re hiring.

HAUS Advertising is looking for a  Creative Strategist & Content Lead  to join our in-house team.

This role is all about ideas — strong, clear, and executable.

You’ll be working closely with our account managers and production team to:

• Create campaign concepts and directions

• Generate content ideas for Reels and productions across all accounts

• Build moodboards and write scripts that bring ideas to life

• Plan timelines for campaigns and content rollouts

• Be present on shoot days to ensure quality and execution meet our standards

Qualifications

• Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to develop and oversee innovative campaigns
• Someone who is highly creative but also structured
• Brand Strategy expertise, including defining and positioning brands to align with target audience expectations
• Someone who is confident leading brainstorming sessions and guiding creative output
• Proven leadership skills to guide creative projects from concept to completion
• Experience in advertising, branding, or similar industries is a must
