Creative Strategist ( Female )

Bee Creative is a fast-growing marketing agency providing a full range of digital services including Graphic Design, Website Development, and Marketing. We work with internal brands as well as clients across various industries, helping them build strong identities and impactful digital presence.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Creative Strategist ( Female ) who can develop innovative branding and marketing strategies for both our in-house brands and client projects. The ideal candidate is someone who thinks outside the box, understands market trends, and can craft ideas that translate into real business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop brand strategies and creative concepts for internal brands and client campaigns
• Create innovative ideas that align with business goals and market needs
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to execute strategic plans
• Analyse brand performance and contribute insights for improvements
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of branding and marketing strategy
• 1- 2 year experience working in a creative or marketing agency (preferred)
• Ability to generate unique, out-of-the-box ideas
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans

Job Shift Timings: Evening | 3 PM - 12 AM | 2pm - 10pm
Salary: 80K - 130K

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per hour
