Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. This is not a typical assistant or marketing role — it’s a unique opportunity for a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual to take ownership of operations across multiple brands, including digital media, sports coverage, and marketing services.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves solving problems, and can balance creativity with execution. You’ll have your hands in web design, social media, client relationships, sales, and tech, helping us streamline systems, scale marketing efforts, and build structures that allow the business to thrive without constant oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Growth
  • Execute and optimize multichannel campaigns (SEO, paid ads, email, social media).
  • Manage social media content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies, outreach campaigns, and sponsorship/advertising partnerships.
  • Creative & Digital
  • Design compelling graphics, social media assets, and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Maintain and update websites (WordPress/Shopify), ensuring SEO optimization and smooth user experience.
  • Support video and content production as needed across platforms.
  • Operations & Systems
  • Help build and refine internal systems and SOPs to streamline workflows.
  • Coordinate with contractors, freelancers, and 1099 team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables.
  • Track key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable reports.
  • Assist with budgeting and campaign planning to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • Client & Relationship Management
  • Support client communication, ensuring excellent service and follow-up.
  • Manage deliverables and timelines for client projects.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or improve client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in digital marketing (SEO, ads, email, multichannel campaigns).
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content marketing.
  • Design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Comfortable with web design/management (WordPress, Shopify; HTML/CSS a plus).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for both marketing and client relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — eager to build systems, solve problems, and take ownership.
  • Sales or advertising background is a plus.
