Shift: 6.30pm-3.30am (Mon-Sat)

About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Strategist to manage our social media content engine. In this role, you will bridge the gap between performance strategy and creative execution, turning audience insights and platform trends into high-impact, scroll-stopping visual assets.

You will own our content calendars and collaborate directly with our graphic designers and video editors to bring your concepts to life.

What You’ll Do

Direct Creative Teams: Brief, guide, and collaborate daily with video editors and graphic designers to produce engaging social content.

Manage Content Calendars: Plan, organize, and maintain monthly content calendars across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Ride the Trends: Monitor social media landscapes and emerging formats daily to execute rapid-response content that leverages current trends.

Write Hooks & Scripts: Draft high-retention scripts, storyboards, and compelling hooks for short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static assets.

Analyze Performance: Review creative performance data (hook rates, hold rates, engagement) to analyze why content works and iterate on future concepts.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years managing social media content, creative strategy, or ad concept development.

Team Leadership: Proven track record of managing creative workflows and directing visual creators (designers/editors).

Platform Mastery: Native understanding of TikTok, Meta, and YouTube algorithms, formats, and audience behaviors.

Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to look at retention charts and creative metrics to inform your next strategic move.
