Your mission: build an AI-native UGC solution from the ground up - recruiting creators, engineering how they submit content in formats that AI can enhance, and using performance data to craft thumb-stopping creative strategies that drive results.

Founded in July 2023, Valid is a seed-stage company operating at Series A scale, headquartered in San Francisco.
In under two years, we’ve grown from 5 people to 40+, deployed over $1B in ad spend, and built a full-stack, tech-enabled advertising company serving enterprise consumer customers.

Skilled at crafting high-performing short-form UGC content (hooks, testimonials, demos, story-driven ads)
Ready to recruit and manage creators on platforms like Instagram and TikTok
Familiar with growing audiences, making compelling short-form videos, and scaling accounts
Fluent in-or eager to master-AI tools like Veo 3, Runway, Pika
Data-driven and comfortable in ad accounts, able to analyze why a creative works (or doesn’t)
Strong at storytelling, with an instinct for what feels authentic and engaging

Creative Strategy & Production- 75%
Own the UGC creative vision across clients and campaigns
Develop content briefs, scripts, and hook variations tailored to platform trends
Partner with media buyers to design UGC concepts grounded in performance data
Work with creators to produce relatable, authentic content at scale
Build a library of reusable UGC templates and assets
Creative Systems & Testing - 25%
Collaborate with engineering to streamline UGC workflows into scalable systems
Contribute to the product roadmap by integrating creative best practices with AI capabilities and performance insights
Run structured creative tests to continually evolve formats and improve results
3+ years in content creation, creative direction, or short-form content (agency, brand, or performance-focused environment)
Proven track record producing ads for TikTok, Meta, or Instagram
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to hook audiences in seconds
Skilled in scripting, producing, and editing short-form UGC ads
Experience with structured creative testing and iteration
Familiarity with AI creative tools for editing and scripting
Mobile app advertising experience
Comfortable presenting creative strategies to clients
Experience growing and mentoring creators or creative teams
Work on a high-ambition, global team
