We're hiring a Creative Strategist / UGC Creator to own the creative side of our brand and client content — someone who can think strategically, move fast on camera, and turn briefs into scroll-stopping content.
Tasks
- Create UGC-style video content for organic social (TikTok, Instagram Reels) — both for the agency brand and client campaigns
- Collaborate with the media buying team to develop ad concepts based on performance data
- Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs that align with each brand's angle and audience
- Build and manage a content calendar across OM's channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Repurpose winning paid ad creative into organic content and vice versa
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, and formats — bring weekly content ideas to the team
- Track content performance and iterate based on views, engagement, and conversion signals
- Assist with shoot direction and on-camera talent when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience creating content for TikTok and/or Instagram Reels (portfolio required)
- Comfortable on camera — natural, authentic energy that performs well in UGC-style formats
- Strong understanding of direct response creative: hooks, pattern interrupts, storytelling arcs
- Experience working in or with a DTC e-commerce brand or marketing agency
- Proficiency in basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Ability to write compelling scripts and briefs without needing heavy direction
- Fast executor — can ideate, film, edit, and post without a lengthy approval chain
- Bonus: experience with Meta Ads creative or TikTok Shop affiliate content
