Role Summary

Creative Strategist reporting to Brand Manager, full-time on-site.

Responsibilities
  • Design and own the brand's content strategy and editorial calendar across digital, social, e-commerce, PR, and influencer channels.
  • Build campaign-based storytelling frameworks aligned with product launches, marketing goals, and seasonal moments.
  • Collaborate with design, social, and performance teams to maintain message consistency.
  • Conduct content audits, analyze performance, and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Conceptualize and brief creative scripts, campaign ideas, and storyboards for social and video content.
  • Write or oversee high-quality copy for social media, websites, blogs, packaging, and brand collaterals.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity are consistent across every piece of content.
  • Partner with the video and design teams to execute compelling creative deliverables.
  • Build emotionally resonant brand stories that deepen audience connection.
  • Create theme-based, multi-platform campaigns integrating influencer, PR, and event narratives.
  • Support brand partnerships and activations with cohesive storytelling strategies.
  • Track and interpret engagement, reach, and conversion data to optimize content effectiveness.
  • Run A/B tests to identify winning creative approaches and messaging.
  • Stay updated on content trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital formats.
  • Work with SEO, performance marketing, and e-commerce teams to maximize content visibility and impact.
  • Support sales and trade marketing through POSM, packaging, and retail content.
  • Partner with influencer and event teams to ensure consistent communication across all brand touchpoints.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of UAE experience in content strategy, preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
  • Strong grasp of consumer psychology, brand storytelling, and positioning.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Skilled in content planning tools, analytics platforms, and AI-assisted systems.
  • Highly organized multitasker capable of managing multiple campaigns and creative timelines.
