Job Title: Creative Studio Lead

Location: Jeweliana Jewelry, King of Prussia Mall

Availability: Weekends & evenings required. Some weekday flexibility preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, multi-talented individual to join our team as a "right-hand" lead. This is not a typical retail role; you will be deeply involved in every facet of a growing jewelry business—from the technical art of permanent jewelry welding and high-touch sales to digital marketing, event coordination, and operational management.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a "wearer of many hats" environment. You are just as comfortable designing an Instagram campaign or organizing inventory as you are providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Technical Artistry

• Master the art of permanent jewelry welding and custom jewelry assembly.
• Provide an elevated, consultative sales experience for customers looking for custom charms and fine jewelry.
• Maintain a pristine and organized workspace for live welding and jewelry design.

2. Social Media & Creative Marketing

• Support the brand's digital presence by capturing high-quality content (photo/video) of daily operations and new products.
• Assist in drafting captions, scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community.
• Help design and implement "kitschy yet elegant" visual displays and window setups.

3. Events & Outreach

• Actively scout and book local pop-up opportunities and private events.
• Lead community outreach efforts to build partnerships with local businesses and bridal industry professionals.

4. Operations & Admin Support

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including inventory tracking (Square POS), ordering supplies, and customer follow-ups.
• Assist with operational "behind-the-scenes" work, including light errands and organizational projects to keep the business running smoothly.
• Execute computer-based tasks such as data entry, basic graphic design, or form management.

5. Leadership & Independence

• Manage store operations independently on designated days, ensuring the highest standards are met in the owner’s absence.
• Solve problems on the fly and maintain an organized, welcoming environment for both the team and customers.

Qualifications:

• The "Jack of All Trades" Mindset: You enjoy a variety of tasks and aren't afraid to jump in where needed.
• Technical Aptitude: Hand-eye coordination is a must for jewelry welding (we will provide training).
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok), POS systems, and basic office software (Google Suite).
• Reliability: Since you will be working solo at times, extreme punctuality and trustworthiness are non-negotiable.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for both customer service and professional networking.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
