At OMQ, the
Creative Studio Manager – Events
plays a pivotal role in leading and managing the creative studio responsible for all event-related visual and experiential outputs. The role ensures that creative concepts are translated into high-quality, impactful designs and assets that align with each project’s creative direction, brand identity, and event objectives.
Working closely with senior leadership, Art Directors, and cross-functional teams, the Creative Studio Manager oversees creative execution, studio operations, and team performance to deliver outstanding event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the creative studio for all event projects, ensuring consistent quality and creative excellence.

Oversee the development and execution of event branding, stage visuals, signage, screens, print materials, presentations, and communication assets.

Ensure all creative outputs align with OMQ’s brand identity, creative vision, and client requirements.

Coordinate closely with Art Directors, designers, concept, production, and marketing teams to ensure integrated creative delivery.

Manage studio workflows, schedules, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent event projects.

Review, approve, and guide creative deliverables to ensure accuracy, innovation, and production readiness.

Mentor and supervise creative team members, supporting skill development and performance growth.

Establish and maintain studio processes, creative guidelines, and quality control standards.

Identify opportunities for creative innovation, new technologies, and design enhancements within event experiences.

Stay updated with event design trends, creative tools, materials, and production techniques.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and delivery standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Event Design, or a related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in creative studios, event agencies, or experiential design environments.

Proven experience in managing creative teams and overseeing large-scale event or brand projects.

Strong understanding of event design workflows, production processes, and on-ground event execution.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and relevant presentation or visualization tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Strategic and creative mindset with attention to detail and execution quality.

Native Arabic speaker with very good English proficiency, particularly in creative, technical, and production terminology.
