About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented
Creative Supervisor
to lead the development and execution of visual content and campaigns across digital and offline platforms. You’ll manage a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to ensure cohesive, impactful, and brand-aligned storytelling.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the creative development process from concept to delivery across all media formats.

Supervise and mentor a creative team (designers, video editors, copywriters) to deliver high-quality work.

Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic objectives.

Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and external vendors to meet project goals and deadlines.

Review, edit, and approve content, visuals, and campaign assets for quality and consistency.

Stay updated with industry trends to drive fresh, innovative ideas and maintain creative competitiveness.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload based on deadlines and importance.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a creative or art direction role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

Proven leadership in managing creative teams and delivering integrated campaigns.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work (digital, print, branding, etc.).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail, visual storytelling, and communication skills.

Ability to provide constructive feedback and inspire creativity within the team.
Preferred Skills

Motion graphics or video production background is a plus.

Experience with campaign performance tracking and iteration.
