Purpose of Role

Responsible for leading the integration and optimization of creative technologies to support scalable, efficient, and AI-enabled content production. Works closely with Design, Copy, Project Management, and Emerging Technology teams to ensure Creative Services operates as a modern, technology-forward function and to define AI governance guidelines related to creative workstreams and tools.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Leads the configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of creative technologies (e.g., Wrike, Adobe Creative Cloud, Runway, Canva).
  • Supports automation of production workflows, asset templates, briefs, and approvals.
  • Collaborates with IT, Emerging Tech, and external partners to support tool onboarding, training, and integration.
  • Monitors developments in creative technologies to ensure the team remains at the leading edge of awareness and adoption, building use cases to demonstrate the value of expanding the technology stack.
  • Pilots and implements emerging AI and automation tools for design, copy, and video production workflows.
  • Establishes and maintains template and prompt libraries that support distributed content creation.
  • Analyzes usage data and gathers team feedback to inform tool enhancements and training priorities.
  • Ensures the scalability and sustainability of creative systems to support growth and distributed content development needs.
  • Contributes to the development of a Creative Technology Roadmap.
  • Serves as the lead for creative AI governance, collaborating with Legal & Compliance to establish standards including guidelines for ethical use, legal disclosures, and training protocols.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • VP, Channel Marketing

Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years in a creative operations, marketing technology, or digital production role.
  • Hands-on experience with creative tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Wrike, Figma, Canva, and generative AI technologies (e.g., Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway).
  • Strong understanding of automation workflows and creative tool integrations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Creative, Marketing, and IT/Emerging Tech teams.
  • Experience with configuring and optimizing project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, template development, and distributed content enablement.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation habits to support scalable systems.
  • Passion for emerging technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Experience contributing to or leading governance initiatives is a plus.

  • Bachelor's Degree

Qualifications - Education - Field(s)/Profession(s)

  • Design Technology, Digital Media, Marketing, Information Systems or related field.

Qualifications - Education - Preferred

  • Wrike or Adobe Creative Cloud certification

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is ($92,700 - $154,500) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
