Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Creative Technology Director to lead our creative tech initiatives, oversee digital innovation projects, and drive the integration of design and technology. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in creative technologies, strong management skills, and the ability to push boundaries in digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s creative technology strategy.
• Lead the development of interactive, immersive, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver innovative projects.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies such as AR/VR, AI, and interactive media.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring creativity, quality, and technical excellence.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Inspire and mentor creative technologists, designers, and developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interactive Media, Digital Design, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in creative technology, digital innovation, or interactive design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in delivering cutting-edge digital experiences.
• Strong knowledge of AR/VR, AI, web technologies, and creative coding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance visionary creativity with practical execution.
