DWIB is a vibrant, women-led movement empowering women entrepreneurs to rise in business, mindset, and soul. We blend luxury business strategy with sacred feminine wisdom offering PR, media, events, retreats, and a soon-to-launch magazine.

Internship Focus Areas (choose one or more):

✨ Social Media, Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Design posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok with Canva
• Write empowering captions and help manage our content calendar
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to grow our audience and event registrations
• Engage with our vibrant community online via digital marketing outreach (respond to comments/DMs, share stories, spotlight members)
• Edit videos, create graphics, and brainstorm creative campaigns for social media and the magazine
• Analyze engagement metrics and suggest ways to boost reach and impact

✨ Graphic Design & Video Editing

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, email, events, and the magazine
• Edit video content for reels, YouTube, and event recaps
• Assist with branding and visual storytelling for DWIB’s digital and print platforms
• Help create promotional materials for “Awaken Your Light” retreat and other major launches

✨ Event Coordination (St. Petersburg, Tampa, Chicago, or Remote)

• Support planning and execution of retreats, workshops, networking events, and magazine launch parties
• Assist with vendor/speaker outreach, logistics, and guest communications
• Help with event set-up, registration, hospitality, and capturing photos/videos
• Coordinate local meetups, community circles, and outreach to local businesses/partners
• Gather feedback and testimonials from event attendees

Special Project:

• AWAKEN Your Light Retreat 2025 MAGAZINE LAUNCH PARTY!!
• Attend and help with event marketing, sponsor outreach, itinerary of sponsored beauty perks, logistics, creative content, and on-site support
• Assist with guest experience, professional photoshoots, social media coverage, and post-event follow-up

✨ PR, Marketing & Sponsor Outreach

• Research media opportunities, draft press releases, and pitch stories to press
• Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts
• Help promote our magazine, programs, and events to a wider audience
• Support influencer and partner outreach, and help grow our ambassador program
• Organize community collaborations (e.g., with local women’s groups, colleges, or nonprofits)
• Manage surveys and collect data for program improvement
• Sponsor Outreach: Identify, connect with, and follow up with potential sponsors for events, retreats, and magazine features; help email sponsorship decks and partnership proposals to potential alliances

✨ HR/Intern Management, Business Operations & Administration

• Support project management, scheduling, and team communications
• Assist with data entry, CRM management, and process improvement
• Help organize digital files and resources on Google Drive
• Take meeting notes, track action items, and support daily operations
• Brainstorm and implement systems for smoother team collaboration
• Research grant opportunities and help with application drafts

✨ Magazine & Content Production

• Assist with editorial planning, article research, and writing
• Organize interviews with women leaders and community members
• Design layout, design, and proofing of magazine content
• Help coordinate photo shoots and creative projects
