Are you a young creative mind looking for a place to belong, learn, and grow?We are launching our Creative Trainee Program, a 12-month journey designed for recent graduates who are passionate about design, curious about technology, and eager to build a long-term career in the creative industry.

This isn’t just a job; it’s an educational adventure designed to transform you into a valued full-time member of our creative team.

Who We’re Looking For

Education: Recent graduates or final-year students in design-related fields (Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Communication Design, etc.). Graduates should be able to commit full-time; final-year students can arrange flexible schedules around their classes.

Creative & Curious: A strong interest in design (UI/UX, branding, video, etc.) combined with genuine excitement for new technologies.

Tech-Inclined: Motivation to explore and learn tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, AI generators, and other creative software—even without prior mastery.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate openly, share ideas freely, and contribute to a positive, values-driven work environment.

Growth-Minded: Adaptability, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn, even without having all the answers yet.

Proficient in English: Strong written and spoken English skills are required, as our projects and daily communication often take place in English.

Program Timeline

• Months 1–11 – Development & Learning: Training and real project work. You’ll develop core design and creative production skills, shadow senior designers, and build a portfolio through practical projects.
• Month 12 – Capstone & Transition: Lead a final creative project (a full case study from concept to delivery), present it to clients and mentors, and receive feedback. Successful trainees will transition into full-time roles within our creative team.
